Broadway Jukebox with Phil Seitz Sunday 1-3pm

This is a program which features songs from various musicals ranging from the 50's to today. Yes, classic Broadway shows as well as Rock Operas. You will hear songs from several recordings ranging from original Broadway to various artists. Phil, will take your calls at 593-0013 just tell what you want to hear if he has it you'll hear it, chances are that he will.

Throw Back The Covers Club with Guest DJs Wednesday 7-8pm

A show made up entirely of cover songs hosted on a rotating basis by various WRFR staff members. Just like the songs are a fresh take on the originals, every show will present its very own unique flavor of music.

CL10 Sunday 12-1pm

Join Clio as she plays some of her favorite music. Sounds are upbeat and all have a message. Clio is a talented musician herself and will also... play and sing LIVE.

Clara the ClairvoyantThursday 6-8pm

Clara is a psychic who supports people in having clairty with everyday life issues. She uses Tarot cards to gain this end, as well as humor whenever possible. It is a light hearted show, however there are times when a note of seriousness is relevant. "Call ins" can ask questions about their lives to gain clarity about an issue through a tarot card reading. They may ask a question on how to understand and use their psychic abilities. This show is sponsored by Kitty Smith Designs located at 22 Lindsey Street in Rockland. 594-1223.

The Cole Barbour ShowThursday 5-6pm

Hosted by none other than Cole himself, the lead guitar player from the local award winning band, "Tastes Like Chicken." Cole will be playing lots of music from all genres and also the big time musicians from all different music styles and time periods. Cole will bring in local musicians from time to time for interviews and to ask them to play acoustically. He will also be spinning a few tunes from old vinyl records.

This show focuses on Art and Community. When you tune-in you may hear interviews with local artists and writers but also members of community organizations. Guests on the show have included artist/poet Charles Wilder Oakes intuitive artists/writers Robert and Su Sane Hake 20th Century Bohemian columnist Teresa Piccari, and Coastal Mountain Land Trust development director Kristin Lindquist.

When an interview is not lined up, Jo and Cheech will DJ some of their favorite tunes. The music shows always include discussions between the DJs about the featured musician or genre. These music themes have included Café music (Beat Café to Bjork), Harry Nilsson’s The Point, Celtic and Mystic Music (including music by Hildegard and Loreena McKennitt) and even the history of Heavy Metal Music (Ozzy to Metallica) co-hosted by our part-time co-host Bo.
