With the football season now upon us, Jacques Strap would like to brush up on the many go-to sound bites that you're likely to hear over and over again:

"We just need to stay focused and play our game. We're going to give 110%, take what the defense gives us and limit our mistakes. It's all about ball security. We're going to leave it all on the field, taking it one play at a time, one game at a time, it's a marathon, not a sprint, it all comes down to who wants it more."
